पुण्यतिथि पर याद किये गए शिक्षाविद पं. रामप्रसाद मिश्र

(जखनियां)के. पी. पब्लिक स्कूल जाहीं, झोटना, गाजीपुर और स्वामीरामकृष्ण इण्टर कालेज जैसी संस्थाओं की नींव रखने वाले पं. रामप्रसाद मिश्र को 9वीं पुण्यतिथि के अवसर पर श्रद्धा पूर्वक याद किया गया।उन्होंने अपने जीवन मे पढ़ने और पढ़ाने का व्रत लिया था और जीवन पर्यंत इस व्रत का पालन करते रहे।आज  भौतिक रूप से वे हमारे बीच नहीं हैं लेकिन उनके द्वारा प्रदीप्त संस्थाएं अज्ञानता के अंधेरे से लड़ते हुए उस व्रत को पूरा करने में लगी हैं।शिक्षा कभी भी उनके लिए धनार्जन का माध्यम नहीं रही।वे रुचि के साथ गणित और अंग्रेजी विषय की बारीकी को गहराई से समझने का प्रयास करते थे और सरलतम तरीके से विद्यार्थियों को समझाते थे।सादगी से परिपूर्ण उनके जीवन में शांति और सन्तोष का भाव दिखता था।आजकी पीढ़ी के शिक्षकों के लिए उनका व्यक्तित्व प्रेरणादायी है।जीवन की कठिन चुनौतियों का सामना करते हुए वे कभी निराश नहीं हुए।ऐसा लगता था कि असंभव शब्द उनके शब्दकोष में है ही नहीं।सेवानिवृत्ति के पश्चात उन्होंने यह महसूस किया कि केवल सरकारी  प्रयास से ग्रामीण विद्यार्थियों की समस्याओं का निदान सम्भव नहीं है। बालिकाओं के लिए गांव में ही समुचित शिक्षा के ध्येय को लेकर  विद्यालय की नींव रखे। वे प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी को पुत्रवत स्नेह देते थे।उनके द्वारा स्थापित मूल्य संस्था का पाथेय हैं।उक्त बातें वर्चुअल संगोष्ठी को सम्बोधित करते हुए विद्वान वक्ताओं ने कही।इस संगोष्ठी को प्रमुख रूप से डॉ. हरिनाथ मिश्र,डॉ. शोभना,श्री पारसनाथ राय, विचारक श्री दीपक मिश्रा ,श्री नंदलाल शर्मा श्री विनय मिश्र आदि ने सम्बोधित किया।कार्यक्रम का आरम्भ  प्रधानाचार्य श्री प्रमोद कुमार मिश्र द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलन एवं पुष्पांजलि के माध्यम से हुआ।कार्यक्रम के अंत मे वरिष्ठ शिक्षक श्री दुखहरन सिंह यादव नेअभिभावकों एवं अतिथियों के प्रति आभार ज्ञापित किया।

Greetings to all the well-wishers on the auspicious occasion of the 15th anniversary of the foundation of theK.P.Public School, Jahin, Jhotana, Ghazipur.It is the result of unbreakable faith and love of the people of the region.K.P.Public School has been chasing new goals and dimensions ever since its inception .Our founder Pt. Ramprasad Mishra was an ideal teacher and great educationist of Ghazipur.He founded this school with the aim of providing quality education to the rural students.On the basis of his teaching experience as a government teacher, he realised that the government's endeavour is not enough.So, after his retirement ,he started his own efforts which latter on  resulted in the foundation of the school on 15th July 2005.At that time tin- shed rooms were there in the beginning.Now,the school has well trained and qualified teachers as well as good infrastructure.Swami Ramkrishna Inter College is its sister institution.Though this school is a co-educational in nature, rural girls are especially benefitted.Foundation day has special significance in the life of any institution.On this day the institution introspects,learns with experiences and tries to remove all the shortcomings.Quality education is the need of the society.Expected changes are necessary in education system.Pointing out the shortage of resources,the society cannot escape from its accountability.If someone is going to do a noble work for the sake of society with full committement and dedication,the society helps automatically.In the journey of one and a half decade this school has gained incredible support of every section of society and hope the same in future.Now,the use of technology is growing in  teaching .In the revolutionary age of information technology,it is our duty to provide study materials to every student at home because Covid-19 like pandemic has confined all the students in their homes.According to the guidelines of government the school management is trying to facilitate each and every student at home for the purpose of uninterrupted reading and writing.K.P.Public School is committed to fulfill the need and aspirations of the rural students and expects  cooperation and support of the society.

Plagiarism is a serious offence in research - Dr.G.D.Dubey

Yesterday, the seven day online workshop on Research Methodology organised by the IQAC,Tilak Dhari Postgraduate College, Jaunpur concluded with the valedictory session.The session started with a welcome address by Dr. Saroj Singh, Principal of the college to laudued the organisers ,and participants of the workshop for the event and making a fruitful use of the time.Dr.G.D.Dubey, Associate Professor of the college delivered a lecture on Ethics in Research with special reference to Plagiarism, Documentation,and Review of Literature.In his address,Dr. Dubey stressed the need for observing the principles of ethics in conducting any research project.He deplored the declining quality of research over the last two decades. Unethical practices are high in research.One of such unethical practices is plagiarism.In many universities and research institutes,there are frequent cases of plagiarism.The government and the UGC have introduced several effective measures to check the practices of plagiarism.Dr.Dubey also suggested some concrete  methods for avoiding plagiarism in any research work.One such method is making a proper documentation of the resources from where a researcher borrows ideas and information.There are specialised manuals of documentation according to discipline.In humanities and literature MLA style is regarded as the standard style of documentation.Finally ,Dr. Dubey closed his talk with a few remarks on the meaning and the significance of literature review in research.More than one hundred fifty participants benefited from this workshop.
